Late check-outs (till 6 pm) are charged 50% of the room rate.
The policy of children staying with parents is as follows:
- accommodation is free for children up to 3 years
- children between 4 and 14 years get 50% discount
- children over 14 years get 20% discount.
If a booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Otherwise, guests are charged for a one night stay. The same applies to no-shows.
The room rate is inclusive of:
- free entrance to the beach and outdoor swimming pools
- free entrance to the indoor swimming pool at GH Metropol
- free entrance to the indoor swimming pool at Hotel Lucija (except Monday mornings)
- free entrance to Grand Casino
- mini-club for children during holidays.
Please make note of the following additional charges:
- half board is 15 Euros per person per day
- afternoon stay (from 1 pm to 8 pm) is available at 65% of the room rate
- single use (one person in double room) gets 25% discount on room rate
- baby cot is available for 10 Euros per day
- pets are charged 15 Euros per day
- tourist tax is 1.01 Euros per person per night.
